Companies dealing
with bankrupt customers must address a number of issues
once the filing has been made. Adding insult to injury,
not only have you not been paid, but in order to attempt
to recover any of the monies owed, you must now file
some complicated paperwork with the courts. Depending
on the type of filing the timing requirements vary.
To help our clients with the tedious but vital filing
requirements, D & H
will handle the filing for clients for a reasonable
fee. |
